World Radiation Data Centre (WRDC)

The World Radiation Monitoring Centre (WRMC) centrally collects and archives radiometric data from all over the world. Most of the data are monthly averages. Some data are accessible via internet, see: wrdc.mgo.rssi.ru.

Global Energy Balance Archive (GEBA)

The Global Energy Balance Archive (GEBA) is a central database for the worldwide instrumentally measured energy fluxes at the surface, located at the Institute for Climate and Atmospheric Sciences ETH. The GEBA database stores monthly means of the various energy flux components observed at worldwide distributed stations. The technical support of the database is provided by the IT Services of ETH,  sponsored by the commission for Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Further details see: www.geba.ethz.ch.

Southern African Universities Radiometric Network (SAURAN)

SAURAN aims to make high-resolution, ground-based solar radiometric data available from stations located across the Southern African region, including South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Reunion Island. Most of our stations provide direct normal irradiance (DNI), global horizontal irradiance (GHI) and diffuse horizontal irradiance (DHI) at 1-minute, hourly and daily time averaged intervals, using state of the art Kipp & Zonen radiometers. Measurement data may be downloaded free of charge, see: https://sauran.ac.za/
